The Weiss Stöckli with truffle is a very refined seasoned cheese from our house. Made according to a special process, from pasteurized mountain skim milk from cows. The full and intense flavor is unique and gives a very special touch to any dish.
The semi-hard Stöckli is suitable for grating or slicing and can be used in many different ways, for example to season pasta, gratins, risotto, polenta, fondue, raclette, meat, fish, salads, aperitif appetizers, etc. The Weiss Stöckli with truffle is a complementary change to the legendary Schabziger Stöckli, unique, spicy and tasty.
